Kriti is a law graduate and a qualified Company Secretary being an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Apart from this, she has completed her B. Com from Gargi College, Delhi University and is a final year student in the Institute of Chartered Accountancy of India. She has over 7 Years of work experience in top MNC’s and handled matters related to financial planning and analysis for Companies like Abbott, Mondelez International and Pfizer. Kriti has also worked with L&L Partners [Formerly known as Luthra & Luthra] in International Trade Team. Kriti has also briefly worked with the chambers of Mr. Parag Tripathi, Senior Advocate, and Mrs. Rebecca John, Senior Advocate and assisted them in some leading cases involving complex legal issues.

Kriti is highly experienced in handling corporate work as well as trade remedies related matter. She has been involved in high stake matters at the Directorate General of Trade Practices. Kriti has also worked closely in the legal compliance team of Polyplex Corporation Limited listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange, which has the fifth-largest manufacturing capacity of polyester (PET) film globally.
