Sagar Chauhan is a law graduate from Amity University, Noida and holds a diploma in Cyber Law from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He specialize in criminal law and has an extensive experience in handling cases related to cyber securities and white collar crime.
Sagar also has an in-depth experience in handling commercial ligation and has represented various clients in high stake arbitration cases. He has successfully represented various major Public Sector Units such as Gail (India) Ltd., Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation in their high-stake arbitration cases.
While contributing his bit to the society, he has also worked as Legal Aid Counsel for Delhi State Legal Services Authority, Central Panel and has diversified his approach towards the legal profession as a whole. Currently, he is an empaneled advocate for NAFED (National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd.) and The Delhi State Co-operative Bank Limited.
